Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the musicdj.net website, dashboard, players, apps and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by MUSICDJ LLC (“MUSICDJ”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use MUSICDJ

The Service is intended for businesses and venues, not consumers. You must be of the age of majority in your country and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may add team members and assign them access to locations or devices; you remain responsible for their use of the Service.

Licence to use the Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your business in accordance with these Terms and your plan. This licence is not a sale of any of our rights.

Music licensing — important

The music available through MUSICDJ is licensed for commercial/business use (unlike personal apps such as Spotify or Apple Music, whose terms forbid commercial use). However, the public-performance fees payable to your country’s collecting societies (for example SOKOJ in Serbia, GEMA in Germany, SACEM in France) are your responsibility as the venue, as required by law. MUSICDJ does not pay these fees on your behalf and does not claim that they are “included”. We are happy to point you to the correct organisation for your country.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including software, text, images, graphics, audio, trademarks and the MUSICDJ name and logo — are owned by or licensed to MUSICDJ and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. All rights not granted are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third-party rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, breach or circumvent the security of the Service;
• Access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• Resell, sublicense or misrepresent the Service; or
• Use the music or content outside the scope of your licence and applicable local licensing.

Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites and services (for example payment providers or app stores). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSICDJ and its affiliates and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MUSICDJ, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of applicable licensing obligations.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or data-protection laws apply to you. The courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under your local law.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MUSICDJ regarding the Service. Last updated: 2026.
